This all-in-one music player features an LCD display with one-line RGB illumination for your preferred display color. The new high-contrast LCD display has five times the contrast of a standard screen, making it simple to see at all times.

MAKING, TAKING, AND WAITING ON CALLS
Making and receiving phone calls has never been easier. You can program your cell phone/head unit to answer calls automatically. Do you have a substantial music collection on your Bluetooth-enabled smartphone? The UTE-73BT uses Bluetooth wireless technology to play and control music from your smartphone. Do you want to listen to music on your iPhone without plugging it in? Using the Bluetooth connection, stream your music. The UTE-73BT can stream music from your iPhone’s internal storage, iTunes Match, or select third-party audio apps. If you have an Android smartphone, the UTE-73BT is Android AOA (Android Open Accessory) 2.0 compatible. Access AOA via the USB connection for improved sound and control over basic Bluetooth® audio streaming. These functionalities are provided by the faceplate keys.

CONTROL OF THE STEERING WHEEL
If your vehicle has factory Bluetooth steering wheel controls, they will also manage the built-in Bluetooth functionality on your UTE-73BT. Alternatively, you can use a third-party adaptor to control the UTE-73BT from your factory-installed steering wheel controls. To add this feature, use an adapter from a well-known manufacturer, such as Axxess or PAC. The RUE-4202 Wireless Remote Control is also compatible with the UTE-73BT (sold separately).

MADE FOR IPHONE® AND IPOD®
It’s convenient to listen to music on your iPod or iPhone while driving (requires the KCU-445i, sold separately). The USB connection enables high-quality iPod or iPhone audio playback, allowing you to listen to your music collection while on the go.

RBDS INFORMATION If the radio station broadcasts this data, the UTE-73BT can display the song name, artist name, and radio station name.

GET YOUR PHONE CHARGED
Standard in-vehicle solutions may drain your phone’s battery, but with the UTE-73BT, your phone charges via the USB cord (available separately), allowing you to listen to music while also charging your phone.

Whether you have an iPhone or an Android smartphone, Alpine allows you to operate Pandora directly from your dashboard. Whether you connect via USB or wirelessly, you can enjoy your favorite Pandora stations with Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down buttons on the faceplate, as well as QuickSearch functionality. Alpine’s DSP-Sound Expansion technology guarantees that the Pandora connection produces the best possible sound.
