Alpine gives a ton of value with the S-series line of speakers available in co-ax and components. These speakers utilize design elements that trickle down from their R-Series and X-series speakers. For 6.5 component speakers around $150, no one comes close to the value that these speakers bring. Like most components you’ll want to run these speakers off an amp and they will perform as promised. The silk tweeters are smooth and the mid bass is great. Don’t forget to sound deaden to get the most out of your speakers!
